For all booking requests, please contact our reservations department at (866)524-5828. Inquiries will be responded to in the order received.
We offer comfortable round-trip transportation from several convenient pick-up locations in Waikiki and surrounding areas for just $25/person.
If you book your luau tickets with added transportation, your exact pick-up time and location will be in your confirmation email. For same day reservations, the cut-off time to book your luau with roundtrip transportation is 12:00 pm.
There is an option for early hotel pick-up for guests who wish to redeem their included admission to Sea Life Park the same day as their luau. To book, select the "EARLY Pick-up" option when making your reservation. Early transportation to the luau needs to be requested by 10:00 am the day of your luau reservation.
Select your transportation options during checkout. Additionally, self-parking is available at Sea Life Park for $15/car.
ADA accessible vehicles are available with 48-hour advance notice.

What happens if it rains?
We know many people have limited time here in Hawaii to experience a Luau. For this reason, the Luau runs in rain or shine. Our reservations department will contact you if there is a cancellation due to weather. See cancellation policy.
Can I use my admission to Sea Life Park before or after my luau?
For the Silver package, you can use your included admission to Sea Life Park between 5 days before or after your Luau date. For the Gold package, you can use your included admission to Sea Life Park between 10 days before or after your Luau date. Your admission tickets to Sea Life Park will be included with your Luau confirmation email. Admission is non-transferable and must match the name on your reservation.
Can I sit with someone in a separate reservation?
You can enter the last names of any parties or separate reservations that you are joining at the Luau if you would like to be seated together. If you have already made your reservation and need to add this request, please email us at reservations@alohakailuau.com.
Disabilities or Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations, have a wheelchair or have any other special requests - please contact us at (866) 524-5828 at least 48 hours in advance of your Luau date. Sea Life Park and the Luau grounds are ADA accessible.
Do you offer large group discounts?
We love helping you celebrate your special occasions, birthdays or life events! If you have a large group (30 people or more), please email us at reservations@alohakailuau.com
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is 48 hrs. Cancellations on behalf of Aloha Kai Luau will result in full refunds.
